Asking question about bottleneck

Solution
Assuming you're not playing at 4K and you don't wanna play at 300 fps, no. Any other game or settings, it is possible to have a small bottleneck.
Your apu has weak cores.
DOTA, I think depends on a single fast core.

If you have the A8-7600 and are considering an upgrade from the excellent integrated graphics, do a test:
Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

If you are considering buying a A8-7600, reconsider if you have any interest in gaming or a future upgrade.

The CPU is a decent one so from the research I made, it will be in the worst case around 10% bottleneck in games like Battlefield 1 or PUBG, but in games like Dota 2 or CS:GO you will not notice any difference. Everything will be just fine, just have fun ;)
