What RAM Slot?

i have a msi b250m bazooka motherboard and i was wondering which configuration they should be in. currently i have 2 4gb sticks in slot 2 and 4 and i was wondering if they should be in slots 1 and 3 which are currently empty. Thanks for the help!!!

Your manual (pg. 5) shows 2 sticks placed in DIMMB2 and DIMMA2. The manual leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to explaining, but generally if they show a specific pair of slots for using only 2 sticks, it means that those are the preferred slots for better performance and/or functionality & stability.
