Hello im using a 6100 i3 and i want to upgrade it soon , so i have a mobo that can fit a 6700k in but cant be oced , and since that cpu is on 4ghz i dont even plan on ocing it , coz im gonna play games at 1080 p with a 480 rx.The i7 in my country is 323€.I mainly play games and i want to strat streaming again.I used to stream on the ps4 until i sold it 
I coudl also go the other way and sell my mobo and i3 and get a ryzen 1600 and a new mobo but keep the rest, also for the same price as the i7 (327€)
SO what do you guys suggest?
