Hello, does anyone know if you can connect to router (LAN, wired Ethernet connection) that doesn't have the internet access and at the same time use wireless card to connect to mobile hotspot?
In our office broadband connection is down until next week so we have to use mobile hotspots for the internet, but we also need to be able to print from the network printer and access NAS.
When the Ethernet card is disabled the internet works fine, as soon it gets enabled the internet stops working. That happens with 6 computers with Windows 7 and 8\8.1, it does work only on the 1 computer running Windows 10. Is there a way to fix it?

Solution
No you can't have TWO connections at the same time unless you have special software / hardware device to add as a intermediary and 'know' how to route the traffic to just local LAN or to a second LAN (which the Wifi Hotspot is). It be easier to have the Wifi Hotspot as the WAN side for a Router, then that router connected to the rest of the network during your outage, but again that adds very quickly and you cap out almost immediately for Wifi Plans.

Your just going to have to manually switch between the two till your broadband is working next week as the network itself has no 'WAN' side right now.
