Today I got a new GFX card (EVGA 1080 TI FTW3) Installation was fine and when I went to boot up all the LED's went on and one of the fans was spinning (I read that the others only spin when really needed) but I could not get past the bios post screen (where it asks you to either press DEL or F11, with the snake picture). so I tried resetting the CMOS a few times, tried switching between the bios's nothing, when I press DEL the screen flashes then goes black and that is it.
So I put my old card back in and it booted up just fine, so I uninstalled all the nvidia drivers and restarted, installed the new card and then it worked for about a hour or two I got into windows installed new divers and EVGA precisionX and was asked to restart. And now am back to square one. I can't get it to go into the bios or go past the Post screen. I can't get into the bios to flash it so I have no idea if I maybe have some how broken the MOBO?
My PC specs are
Intel i7 5930K
MSI X99A SLI Krait Edition
corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4 3200
EVGA Supernova 750W
Gigabyte 1080 (old card) EVGA 1080 TI FTW3 (new card)
