WTfast genuinely increases ping?

hey guys, i just wanna know if i should buy that latest software which increases ping for free and also i wanna know about its side effects like fluctuations and stuff. also my current ping is 78msi so how much would i get if i use this

WTFast really only helps people that have 150+ ping. 78 ping is still decent, I could play many of the games that I do play just fine at 78 ping. WTFast would not be a significant improvement.

For me with FFXIV it lowers my ping from ~110 down to ~80 which is a noticeable improvement in game for me.
