Computer Acting Strange

Hey Guys
I'm experiencing weird things with my computer (This is a custom build i did myself)
Such examples of this would be weird stuttering in certain games, very high CPU usage while doing basic tasks and I cant seem to install the graphics drivers for my processor as my computer 'Doesn't Reach the requirements'

My Build
Intel Core i5 6500
GTX 1060 6GB
WD Black HDD
8GB Ram (2133mhz)
RM650i PSU
MSI B150 Gaming M3 Motherboard

Sounds like you need to clean up Windows doing a fresh clean install.

Then load the drivers and software for your Motherboard.

Then Windows update.

Then the drivers and software for the GTX 1060.

You could use more ram also, another 8GB.
