My c drives keeps on losing size overtime while I am not downloading anything on it.
I read many questions about a similar problem and none of them had the fix, it unrelated to system restore or disk clean up

here an example of my c drive week+ ago and today

https://i.imgur.com/0RApsWX.jpg

When I use windirstat it tells me my windows size is 17 gb, system32 is 5gb, way different numbers than the screenshot

also windirstat tells me that my C data size is 360 while my C drive size in my computer is 465

any chance this is related to a virus, if it is any suggestion for a program to fix this

EDIT: what I am sure about is, when i check my windows folder size in my pc it says 18 gb, but when i use tree size free it says the windows is 120 gb, My C drive is missing 100 gb its the exact size treesize show in windows

I actually went in windows > system32 > config
the size of this folder is 100 gb+ i asked my friend whose use windows 8.1 , i use 8 only, his config folder is less than 1gb and has 4 folders and 14 files, i have 4 folders and 30000 files inside this

I suppose it could be a virus or malware of some sort and you should both do a scan with your antivirus and with something like malwarebytes to double check, but it could also be a legit process, logging something you're not aware is turned on, and the logs or temp files or whatever is taking up a lot of space. Or some sort of backup system perhaps.
Here's one thing you can try. Open your task manager, then on the second tab which says performance, on the bottom click on open Resource Monitor. In it, select the tab that says Disk, under Disk Activity, processes should be sorted by total read/write per sec. Leave it open for a bit and see which processes are at the top of the list.

at the start it was system and a file related to window defender
I took a screenshot so it was the process of taking it, then i saw something related to system 32 (which I may suspect as my first program shows that system 32 get bigger by time)

btw every few minutes when I refresh my computer i can see i am losing 3mb

It sounds similar to this:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-performance/windowsconfig-full-of-tmblf-files/c4cd8f7d-1046-41e7-8bfa-094122f8abe8?auth=1
Never seen this btw so not sure what to advise except trying the cleanup suggested in the link above along with the disc check and then maybe a thorough av and malware scan just in case something else is driving this, followed by a windows repair from command prompt, run from an install cd or usb in hope of repairing the registry.
Here's another example from this forum, again without a clear solution:

what i figured from windirstat is that my pc tells me that I have 1gb left out of 465
while windirstat says I have 360gb used so i should have 105 gb free, I checked the folders inside C manually and found that they are 360gb so this 105 gb is hidden and i don't know where, I have my pc on show hidden files

in short my C showing very less free space than actual (what inside the c is 360 gb only out of my 465 ssd)

You've verified that System Restore points are OFF? 0%?
And that your pagefile is set to 0MB? (that is actually a bad idea)
And the hibernation is actually OFF?

well it says protection off , current usage 0 byte, but the max usage is set as 1% which is 4gb which shouldn't be used isn't it
the pagefile says allocated paging 950 mb so 1 gb
I turned hibernation by cmd so yes

OK, just verifying.

Again, WinDirStat.
Right click on the icon, and select Run as Administrator.
