Hi I live in Spain and have A Samsung smart TV ,on my iPad I use a VPN number so it thinks I am in England can I use a VPN on my TV so I get Amazon prime and catch up ,if so how ?.thanks.

Highly unlikely. You would have to somehow load the vpn software onto the tv and I suspect it does not support that. You would need to get a router that you can load the vpn software on and then the tv would go though the vpn on the router.
