i know there are allot of topics about this already but i've watched a bunch of tutorials etc and i just can't seem to figure out what to do so thats why i need some help.

in most of the tutorials they talk about vcore voltage but all i see is the
-CPU SA Voltage
-CPU IO Voltage
-DRAM Voltage
-PCH Voltage
and i don't know wich one that i need to change, also if i change the CPU ratio my ring ratio changes with it.

and as last, what is a decent overclock for my system ?
-Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3408 MHz, 4 core('s), 8 logic processor(s)
-16 gb ram
-nvidia gtx 960

i've set it to 3800 MHz and everything seems to work its now 46 c so thats good also.
is it a problem if the ring ratio changes aswell ? also, do i have to change the CPU SA Voltage to 1.2V then or something else ?

For the Memory try it, because it says ddr4-2133 i can not use it right ?
