ive had the ram for a month now and was wondering if i was able to use the light software yet because before i was hearing incidents about it saying that it would corrupt your spd files rendering your ram useless.

is it safe to use the software yet or should i wait

I don't get the "bling thing" so can not offer any advice from personal experience. However, the idea these days is that the MoBo provided all necessary utility soiftware to control everything in the PC. Your question would therefore best be directed to your MoBo and RAM vendors as they will eventually decide whether you get an RMA if anything bad happens ... and get it in writing.
