I would recommend the 8gb 1070. Bought mine a few weeks ago, and have had no lag on anything whatsoever. Good luck!

The 1060 6gb is more of a replacement, while the 1070 is more of an upgrade. So which one you get depends on what you're trying to do, replace a component or get a better component.
