memory help plz

hey guys I got a little problem with my ram. in windows 10 pro 64 bit in device manager it shows 16g of ram (7.95) usable same with cpuz in bios it show 8192mb but if I click on memory it shows dimm2 8192 dimm4 8192 when i put both rams in dimm 1 and 2 i get the full 16g ram tried putting in dimm 1 and 3 same as 2 and 4 single memory in 1 and 2 is ok but when i put single memory in dimm 3 and 4 pc dosent start I'm build the same pc for my bro and tested the ram on his mobo and theres no problem there

what I tried:

updated bios driver
reset cmos
the boot method in windows
check the cpu

is the anything else i can do to fix this??

pc specs:

motherboard: msi tomahawk b350
cpu: ryzen 1600x
ram: gskill aegis f4-3000c16d-16gisb
video card gigabyte aorus 580rx 8g
Psu: corsair cx650m
hard drive: pny 256g ssd
case: cooler master stryker

any help would be appreciated

(sorry for any bad spelling English is not my main language :) )
 
Solution
You have to insert the ram in either on slots 1 and 3 or 2 and 4. If this doesn't help
Try these:

1. Click Start, type msconfig in the Search programs and files box, and then click msconfig in the Programs list.
2. In the System Configuration window, click Advanced options on the Boot tab.
3. Click to clear the Maximum memory check box, and then click OK.
4. Restart the computer.

if the above doesn't help then try enabling the memory remapping feature in Bios.
