So recently I got a new graphics card (gtx 950). I installed it and everything seemed fine until i tried to run Minecraft and the Monitor goes black. This happens about 5-10 mins into playing and is really annoying. When playing I get around 300 fps so I can run it easily. When the monitor goes black there is no sound forcing me to do a hard restart. I installed my old graphics card so I can still play but I don't know how to fix this. here are my specs please help This problem also happens when I try to livestream for about 20 minutes with my old graphics card
