hey guys im planning to buy HP Compaq Elite Pro 8200 sff which has

i7 2600:- 2.4 ghz

8gb ram
500gb
and windows 7
and i have a 500w psu in my other pc
so there is no issue with the power supply
will it support gtx 1050 ti

It should. I would recommend when you get the other PC, I think the windows 7 to Windows 10 free upgrade still works, so I would try to upgrade to Windows 10. Supposedly the few upgrade is over, but the last few times I've tried to upgrade it still works.

That said, the system you are getting is probably at least 5 years old, but should hold you over until you can get enough money to upgrade to a proper gaming computer later.
