Is my CPU fine at constant boosted frequency?

Awhile back I used AI Suite 3 on my ASUS mobo to clock up my CPU to 4ghz. Had that way for a while and decided to disable that, couldn't within AI Suite 3, tried resetting bios to default settings, tried turning off anything related to turbo boosting the CPU, nothing worked. I even have it in BIOS that my CPU is at normal 3.6ghz clocked in the BIOS and when the PC boots up, basically a "non turbo boot" mode but something makes it hit to 4.1ghz now once Windows loads, even at idle. My temps seem normal idle and under load they aren't too high, but is it fine for my CPU to be constantly clocked that higher? I still haven't found a way to make it back to normal clocks, so for now its stuck at 4.1ghz. Should it be good?

Asus 797-pro. I believe I did that one click 5 optimization thing they have within AI suite 3, which said it made the CPU go up by 5%. I'm testing it with CPUZ and it's reading that.
