core 2 quad q6600 can´t go over 3,0 GHZ (Windows 10 HP DC5800)

Hello
Can someone please help me for overclocking my core 2 quad q6600?

I did already the tape mod but it isn´t enough for the most games that i play.
I did also SETFSB but there was no my PLL on list my PLL:SLG84516S
Can someone add this pll on Setfsb or another overclocking software?
Can someone also mod my bios to overclock my CPU?
I already asked on BIOSMODS but they don´t answer me.
My bios:Version: 786F2 v01.04
Sorry couldn´t find the Bios file.

PLEASE HELP ME I WILL DONATE TO SOMEONE WHO HAS A MODDED MY BIOS OR FOUND OVERCLOCKING SOFTWARE THAT SUPPORTS MY PLL.
SPECS:
HP DC5800 MICROTOWER
8GB DDR2 RAM
CORE 2 QUAD Q6600 (DID ALREADY TAPE MOD BUT ISN'T ENOUGH FOR ME)
GTX 660 OEM 3GB GDDR5

Probably because you're running an OEM system? I seriously doubt HP had overclocking in mind when they had their motherboard built, let alone when the BIOS was programmed, so if you can get any kind of overclocking out of it you should probably consider yourself lucky.

Sorry, don't have experience with modifying the actual BIOS (updating from a preexisting, yes). To be honest, I don't know how many on here will be able to help with it, either.
