Bios start up time slowed down with my ssd

Hello i recently format my computer and my start up bios time was at 7,4 sec now my bios time is about 18 sec how can i fix it ? My ssd is evo 850 250gb. when i format my computer was also slow and i had some problems with my mouse and the task bar freezed in the start and i couldnt open any window it freezes so i did cmos restart and bios update and the problem fixed and now i have slow bios boot.

Yes it could be the mouse. Try and update the drivers from it, get them straight from the manufacturer if you can. If the mouse comes with its own utility, for example like razer mice come with razer synapse, then try removing it from startup.

First, delete some files. Your disk should never technically have less than 15% free space left.
Also, while this is info for a different drive, it's about basic ssd function/maintenance, so I'm sure it'll apply to samsung's evo as well:

so don't forget to maintain your drive or its performance will degrade. Evo's support page has some sort of software download but I don't know what it does. May want to check it out in case it helps with the maintenance: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/evo-850-series-120gb-4tb

hello i have normal boot and never a fast boot i reset my cmos and stopped the problem with the taskbar freeze and the other problems i had

Hmm ok. I am unsure why your boot time suddenly increased after, but this could very well be legitimate change in the new bios. For this you need to contact whoever made your mobo and issued the bios, and ask them if this change in boot time is supposed to happen in the new version. It wouldn't do to start troubleshooting or fixing something that may be a deliberate change.

thanks sedivy for your help but i updated bios because i had the same problem before the bios update. Maybe its problematic moba ?

Hmm. But they were installed before you formatted as well no?
It wouldn't be this. When you formatted, did you erase the boot and recovery partitions as well? But I don't see why those would get messed up just cause you reinstall windows on the main partition. Hard to explain otherwise why it would suddenly increase its boot time though so I'm grasping at straws really.

I had them before the format. I format my computer because because i had those taskbar freezes etc. and i format and i still had them plus i had double bios time then i reset cmos and i had still the same and was ok.

Yes you'll have them before format, but they're automatically created when starting windows. If you keep them from before and for whatever reason they either get corrupted it may slow things down for you.
It also occurred to me, did you by any chance change the sata port that your ssd is plugged into? Anything about the wiring really? Also when you're booting, make sure to disconnect any usb keys, cds or external drives you may have connected to the pc.
If nothing changes, also try unplugging your mouse while starting up, just so see if it makes a difference.
Also try disabling windows system restore/backup.

Maybe was the mouse now my boot time went to 13 sec from 18 and dont freeze
