So, i disabled secured boot and also the digital driver signature and then installed win7 ultimate 64bit. After installing all drivers and everything. I started to play The Division, it ran ok for a while after that it gave a blue screen, dumped some files and took a restart. It happened twice after that.Any idea as to what the problem is? Should i turn on the secure boot as well as the digital driver signature?

unfortunately yes.. sorry for late reply. During gaming only I get blue screen error. And I think there is some problem with too much memory consumption.. 60% of physical memory is being used while playing division.. It then becomes 70%. That leaves not much for the other OS stuffs. All this due to bad graphics driver? Can u recommend a stable driver for R9 290x sapphire?

Well first, i'd like to know what version graphics driver you have installed. Do you know how to check?
Also, if you suspect the memory you can use a memory check tool:
https://www.memtest86.com/
You'll have to create a bootable media either on disc or flash drive.
You also could use the built in memory test for windows, but it's not the best.

yes.. previously i was using win10.. thats one excuse of an OS. So i needed to disable the secure boot and also digital driver signature to install win7. I havent turned them both back on. Cuz I am not sure whether i will be able to boot back into win7 once I do. I am not sure
