i5 750 to i5 4670, worth upgrade?

Would upgrading form a i5 4670 from a i5 750 and keeping my ram and getting a new motherboard.

my PC specs are

i5 750 2.66gbz
8gb DDR3 ram
Dell Optiplex mobo
128gb Crucial SSD
250w HP powersupply
HP case

It's a definite upgrade .

The issue I have is going for an outdated haswell platform in late 2017.

For The same money you could likely get a ryzen 1200, a b350 board & 8gb ddr4 ram & be on an up to date & upgradeable platform.

Depends on what you do with the PC, if you upgrade single threaded performance will be nearly doubled.

I do mostly gaming like minecraft and american truck simulator, and planning on playing cities skylines.

I also forgot to and I have a XFX RX 460 2gb
