Installing a BeQuiet Cooler

So I bought a BeQuiet cooler however I am having trouble installing it because the BeQuiet cooler has intel push pins but I need to push down 4 pins but at the moment I can only push down 2 pins and the other 2 pins just don't go in, I need help

It was a BeQuiet Pure Rock Slim, I'm currently thinking of returning it because of how bulky it is and I'm just gonna carry on with my intel stock cooler. Thanks for your interest bro
