CPU Temps Downloading

Hi everyone.
I came here to see if my processor running at 45~50 degrees while downloading games (right now downloading gtv) is normal or not.

Those temps are probably on the high side, but nothing to be concerned about.
Make sure to keep an eye on them while in game, but those are nothing to worry over.

My processor is i5 4670K, and my cooler is Mars Gaming MCPU2, on a MSI gaming 5 motherboard.
I´ve tried downloading in steam and temps rise up to 60 degrees.
