Blue screen every time i shut down my PC

So every time i shut down my PC, it goes to this blue screen https://imgur.com/a/J5ToM and it wont shut down unless i hit the power button. I've ran a malwarebytes and AVG scan and i didnt find any issues, so i dont know what's causing this problem. So my main concern is will i have any troubles trying to install windows 10, because im sure my PC will need to restart in order to complete the installation and if my PC cant turn off properly will this cause any problems? The same question applies if i want to reset windows from my control panel options - will this blue screen affect the process?

you run seagate seatools on both test short and long ones ,tehn you could try to instAall win 10 since your other os have corrupted files .

So i used it but it only said 1 driver that was causing the issue, and i ran bluescreenview and the drivers that appeared were: ntoskrnl.exe, volsnap.sys and fvevol.sys. So im saying this if you cant understand what im asking for - im not trying to fix this problem, its going to take too much time for me, i just want to know if this blue screen may cause any troubles whilst trying to install windows 10 or reseting windows.

I've already checked for bios updates and cant find any because my pc is a pre-build from HP from 2011 and i cant find any software support on their site. I will run memtest for the ram and see what happens, but if its not a RAM issue, what do i do? I ran a scan on my hard drive and there werent any problems.
