Depends what you need out of it.
Based on their specs, you're going to get similar performance overall (assuming you game on them all at 1080p).
The main issues are prices and portablilty/size.
The Acer is more likely going to be more quiet and hot due to its thicker build and, I assume, better cooling.
The MSI is the thinnest, yet most expensive. I've also heard that its battery life leaves more to be desired.
The ASUS is a good option as well, and somewhere in the middle.
I also would take a good look at their exteriors and ask yourself which you'd most likely like being seen with. If design is irrelevant to you, then portability is a good thing to consider as well.
Because they are so similar spec-wise, most of the decision is based off of your favorite-looking and how deep into your pockets you want to dig.
