I'm building a setup!

GPU: GTX 1050 ti

CPU: I5-6400 2.7GHz

Motherboard: Z170A-G43

Case: Cooler Master - HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Optical Drive: Asus - DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

Memory: Vengeance LED - DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3000MHz

Storage: 1.5 TB SATA 3.0 GB/s 5400 RPM

Now, there is 4 fan slots in total. 2 200mm Slots, 2 120m slots. How many case fans to have a stable temp?

Solution
The case comes with 1 120mm fan in the front, and 120mm fan in the back for exhaust. Realistically this is more than enough airflow for your current setup, unless you place to set the back very close to the wall, then you may want to look at adding a fan to the top. Otherwise the cooling that the case comes with should be more than sufficient.

Eh...that case isn't the greatest for air flow but at the least you need the front and the rear 120s. The side one if you think your gpu is getting too hot for liking, and then you can pair it with a 120 on top to keep flow even.
