Can you use a Bluetooth keyboard with Bluetooth mouse in the bios with no drivers? Or can you install the Bluetooth drivers in the bios so you can use the keyboard and mouse there and then?

Bluetooth isn't supported in the BIOS Setup, and no, you can't install the driver anywhere except in Windows.

Best keep a wired keyboard handy for BIOS-related tasks.
