how bad is this hdd

i was looking for a hhd for 10$ on my country but
all used 250gb costs 18$

my sister got this hdd
she told me that she can give it to me for 5$ only
i was wondering if it is so bad to buy because it shows bad on crystaldiskinfo

The drive is NOT usable AT ALL. That's what the first test is telling you. If your data is important to you then DO NOT USE THIS DRIVE. It can't be put any more succinctly than that.
