Need help + suggestion on purchasing a headset

i was going to purchase a Logitech G633, but realize that's it's still wayyyyy out of my budget, so i decided that im going to settle on this headset a bit (while i save up):

http://www.dragonwar.jp/product-detail.php?id=16

now the thing is, their plug is an USB instead of the traditional 3.5mm jack

so, I want to know 'bout few things:
1. if i use a female usb to 3.5 jack adapter, will i be able to use it with my phone?
2. if number 1 can be done, will i be able to use my mic too while i'm at it?
3. if number 1 can't be done, do u guys have any recommendation on good cheap headset that has detachable/hideable mic? (so i can use it for casual stuff too) my budget is around 30-35$, i don't mind if it's heavy/bulky like G633, as long the positive sides compensates it

if u have any suggestion for other good headset, then:
features I would really like to have:
good sound
detachable/hideable mic (not a cable-attached mic please, since that means i'll have to hold it around to talk with my friend)
comfortable

extras:
having a noise-cancelling mic
7.1 / 5.1 surround would be a nice addition
no, LED is not necessary, though if u ask i prefer red LED

my budget right now is pretty tight and the headset im having right now is pretty crappy (barely heard steps in CS:GO with full volume, mic is too far and rigid so my friends kept complaining about my voice being too small, uncomfortable ear cushion and i can still hear the voice from outside the headset pretty clear [it's a budget gaming headset and when i bought it, i only need the mic]) also i can't use it for doing casual stuff (like when im at college, etc) since the mic really stands out (bidirectional non-detachable/hideable plastic mic)...

any help/suggestion is appreciated

PS:
before u all talk about how i need to save up, let me give u some info: i only ate 1 time/day during college days (most likely dinner, since it's my parents who bought it) day in order to save up this much... (yes, to get 30-35$ i need to starve for almost 3 weeks, now imagine if i have to done that for 9 more week, i might end up in a hospital or even worse, a funeral, before i even reach the 100$ milestone) [so with this new headset, i hope i can take it a bit easy with the saving since i already gotten a good headset]
i'm still trying to find a work too, but the college schedule is pretty annoying so i'm still trying to adjust the time (i'm a freshman btw)
I live in Indonesia

Forget the headset and gaming.

Focus on your studies and staying healthy. Find other ways to relax and have fun.

Work hard as a freshman and succeed. Prove to yourself that you can prioritize and focus on what truly matters. I.e., good grades.

CS:GO does not matter.

Especially if your parents are paying for your education.

well, wasn't expecting this kind of suggestion, but noted anyway :)

FYI, my grades are already good enough + this college in Indonesia is only a placeholder till I'm moving to US next year so it doesn't really matter even if i got good grades, since im dropping out next year anyway (except for the TOEFL, it matters, so i'll get a bit serious there)
also, this is my way to relax and have fun, though if u think i'm confined in my room all the time because of games, u're wrong, i still hang out with my friends, done my assignments, keeps my body healthy (at least till this crisis came, now i barely eat, but dinner usually server twice as much, so i think it'll compensate it, for now), the only problem is that my parents rarely ever financially support this hobby of mine, even though they kept saying things like "gaming is fine if u already done all your duty" and stuff like that (the only time i recall they ever support me r only bout 2 time: 1. a core 2 duo PC, which they asked back to be used as a server for their work, 2. this PC i had now, which i upgraded to a certain degree [new CPU + GPU]...
