I7 2600 getting 50-53 c idle

My i7 2600 is 50-53 and I don't think that's good anyway to fix it I replaced the stock cooler even added new thermal paste.

Also my CPU usage is a 100 percent and system idle process is taking 99 percent of that anything that will help please.

That's nothing to worry about, temperature wise. But why is your CPU usage 100%? Open resource monitor, and find what process is causing this, then report back.

So I did a bit of reasearch and found out that system idle process is actually tellying you how much of CPU usage you have left but it siplays that I'm using 99 percent.

Sorry I was just adding on i went to sleep that's why I didint answer on reasource monitor it shows a 100 percent CPU usage but in processes it shows 0 on CPU for all of them the only thing using CPU there is perfmon.exe.
