While Thermaltake Riing fans provide nice eyecandy, they have a poor performance, especially as being a case fan. Max you're looking at would be 40 CFM at 1500 RPM. Though, their static pressure is good since they are designed to be mounted on the rad.

Since i7-7700K is one hot running chip, for proper cooling, you'll need either a big air cooler (160+mm tall) or at least 240mm rad. 280mm rad would be better. Hyper 212 EVO has such a poor performance that i'd use it only on non-K CPUs if the noise of Intel's stock cooler gets too annoying.
If you want to cool your CPU better, then either use a mid-sized CPU cooler, e.g Arctic Freezer i32 (150mm tall) since your case supports only 155mm tall CPU coolers. Or go with 240mm AIO, e.g Corsair H100i v2. Sadly, your case doesn't support 280mm rad.

In my Skylake build (full specs with pics in my sig), my i5-6600K is also cooled by Freezer i32 with 2x Corsair ML120 pro fans in push-pull. But my chip isn't naturally as hot running as i7-7700K is.
For optimal cooling, i'd go with H100i v2 and mount it as top exhaust, while leaving Riing fans as they were. If you don't want too much of a negative pressure with top mounted rad, replace the 2x 120mm front fans with 2x 140mm fans for bigger air intake.
