Was watching twitch streams and talking with people and my computer shuts off randomly. Now Motherboard shows CPU debug light.

Computer Build:
AMD Ryzen 7 1800X
MSI B350M Gaming Pro MoBo
1 x 16gb DDR4 Ripjaw ram
EVGA GeForce GTX 1080
PSU: Corsair CX750M

It first started off as CPU debug light was on. I took the Liquid Cooler off and checked the CPU and it seemed fine. Put it back on and plugged everything back in. Booted and then DRAM debug light came on instead. I attempted to reset the CMOS and then ended up with the debug lights on CPU and VGA. My monitors were hooked up at all times during boots. Tried swapping my ram to a different slot and reset the CMOS. I'm back to CPU debug light. My computer will not boot into windows at all at the moment. Any ideas?

EDIT: Let it set overnight and now just the DRAM and VGA debug lights turn on. Still lost for answers. Someone able to help?

Solution

Really no telling, but it could be the motherboard. It usually won't be the individual components because the error keeps changing, but, again, can't say for sure.

I did reapply thermal paste. I haven't updated my MoBo because they said it was the latest version when they shipped it out. It worked fine for the past few months. Now it just doesn't want to boot to bios or anything. I haven't overclocked at all. The computer just shut off on itself 2 times while I was using it. The second one was where it ran into problems

Do you have another system/a friend's system where you can test your hardware? If yes, I'd start off by testing your RAM in his system, then your graphics card, then your power supply. If the half-his-half-yours system still works, the problem is most likely the motherboard, though the CPU could still be the problem.

I do have a friend that I could try this all on. I'll have to message him. Though I do have one question. Do you know why my DRAM and VGA lights would be on now? Like the CPU light was on last night but now the CPU light is off and the two listed above are on.
