My mouse cursor does not appear in windows 10, it does work in bios. the drivers are up to date. I have tried plugging the mouse (Trust GXT 25) into an another port, restarting computer, running windows in safe mode and reverting to default settings in bios. I also tried another mouse (Genius Netscroll 110), which doesn't work either. Both mice work on my dell vostro 3559 laptop.

What computer make and model?

Do other USB peripherals work on that computer?

Windows 10 - run the troubleshooters....

Even if the mouse drivers are up to date that does not mean they may be fully functional. Download current drivers via the manufacturer's website and reinstall.

Just to eliminate the possibility.

The computer is a custom built desktop.
Specs:
Gigabyte ab350 gaming 3
Ryzen 5 1500
16Gb ram (2x8 GB)
Asus turbo GTX 1060
Enermax triathlor eco 450 W PSU
Zalman Z11 Plus HF1 case
WD 1TB HDD
Kingston 128GB SSD

Unfortunately, i wasn't able to find any drivers on trust website.

My USB keyboard does work.

Win 10 troubleshooter didn't find anything wrong, except an outdated monitor driver, which didn't solve the problem.

Try the USB mouse in the USB port currently being used by the keyboard.

Plug the USB keyboard into the USB port originally used by the mouse.

Open the keyboard and mouse configuration screens - check the settings.

Also take a look at the Windows 10 Gaming settings via "WIN" + "I" > Gaming

May find some setting that has gone astray.

As for the mouse drivers do some online searching to see if the drivers can be found somewhere else.

However, be very careful about the source and what else that website may attempt to trick into downloading. Watch out for sites claiming they can "fix" the problem. Some of those websites show up no matter what the problem may be.

And sometimes older versions of a driver will work.

Hey guys,
sorry for the wait, I had some internet problems.
I have tried all possible solutions posted, however they didn't work for me. I've reinstalled windows, which has solved the issue.
But, if someone has the same issue, I suggest that you try other solutions posted here.

Thank you all for your help, I realy appreciate it.
