Will I(or do I even have to) Upgrade my CPU? (detailed explanation and multiple concerns)

Dear tom'sHardware Community,

I'm looking to upgrade my FX 6200 to an 8350 or 8370/8370E (although I heard there are not that many differrences). Now before you guys say: ”Just build a new System.” First of all: I’m sort of on a budget and can’t afford a new System. (Plan to Upgrade in 2-3 years though, already saving money) and second of which, my current System is perfectly fine for my needs, or…mostly(which is why I need a SLIGHT Update).
Now to my needs and specifications:
I have a:
- Motherboard: MSI Gaming 970
- CPU: FX 6200
- CPU Fan: Arctic Freezer 13
- Ram: 16 Gb Hyper X Fury 1866 Mhz
- GPU: GTX 1060
- PSU: Seasonic II Bronze 620W
- PC Case: Sharkoon VG4-W
- One SSD 120 GB and one Sata 1 TB

My needs: I’m currently streaming Leagueoflegends on Twitch and edit Videos for my Youtube Channel(5-10 mins long ones). I’m using 2 Monitors (An LED one and a TV) since I need 2 monitors for streaming ( 1 for set Up and 1 for the actual game).
Now why do I need to Upgrade? Even though my system is holding on, I have slight lag sometimes (somewhat randomly) when I play and stream at the same time, which is crucial since I’m playing Lol at a relatively high level (Top 0,2% of the Ranked Ladder) and it really puts me off. I also can’t run recording programs in the background like PlaysTV while streaming, or else the lag gets worse (which is okay but I wish I could for reviewing Gameplay and also Footage for Youtube).
What I already tested:
When I render videos my CPU temp got to high (almost 70°C ) before and after 1h40m my PC crashed 2 times, so I let it edit 1 hour, stopped the process for 30 minutes and then presumed: worked!. If I only have to render short 5 minute videos it’s completely fine.
When I stream my CPU Temp gets to around 54°C, also fine, but then like I said I have ingame lag. Now I tried overclocking yesterday from 3,8 Ghz to 4,1 Ghz via the “OC Genie” Function of my motherboard and since it said not to mess around with the settings and just let it be, I didn’t change anything(The OC Genie function changes multiple settings at once to accomplish save Overclocking).
The problem here was that my PC got way to hot (66°C-70°C when the Max Recommended Temp of my CPU is 61°C), BUT if I play with an open PC case it stays around a solid 55°C while Overclocking AND Streaming. While I overclock my PC I have NO ingame lag and everything runs perfectly fine, but the Fan gets incredibly loud and I’m also not really comfortable having to overclock everytime I stream, since I know it could cause damage to my motherboard and CPU or atleast it shortens the lifetime of it.

Now to my question: Will I be able to Upgrade to an 8350/8370/8370E with no problems and will it even fix my current situation? The Ultimate goal would be to have a closed PC case, not having to Overclock and be able to stream, play and record at the same time. (If I’d have to dump recording it’s OKAY although not cool). I know I should probably completely overhaul the system while keeping only my GPU, but money is tight and I only plan to Upgrade in 2-3 years when the Ryzen for example is further tested.
Concernings are stuff like: What if my PSU is not enough for the 8350/8370/8370E? I already tested sites like https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator . The Problem there was that even when I typed in my CURRENT Setup, it told me I’d need to have atleast ~900W for it , which is absolutely not true since my current setup is working fine for 1 year now even under heavy workload(or is it? Like I said maybe I could fix ALL my problems by only Upgrading PSU?)

So guys: I know I made a very detailed explanation but I thought before redundant and unnecessary answers come I just explain the whole deal. Ty for reading and answering my question.

The fx 8320/8350/8370 and such will give you a boost however your motherboard (I assume it's the gaming 970 pro3?) has terrible vrm cooling and really gets in trouble when using an 8 core fx series cpu.
This is why I would streer away from upgrading. Your current system already seems to have problems with the motherboard causing shutdowns.

If you do want to upgrade you are looking at spending for a new motherboard, new cooler and new cpu and at that point you might as well get a ryzen 3 that is just plain better than what the fx series has to offer for a little more money.

Also your cases fans are so weak that they can't pull in fresh air fast enough to cool everything and cause issues.

yeah you are probably right, but like I said, can't afford Upgrade right now. So my plan for now would be to just keep overclocking with an open Case( as it is working) and when my CPU/Motherboard finally give up to completely overhaul by buying a AMD Ryzen/Intel I5, new Motherboard, keep GPU, new RAM new PSU and new PC Case?
