Do you need a controller to use Led case fans?

LED fand have been around a long time. Controllers are only needed when ya wanna go all out RGB blingy and have the colors change, breathe and other effects. TI think of the RGB thing for PCs as the equivalent of the "lowrider" in automobile customization. All ya need is the velvet covering the inside case surfaces and those little velvet balls along the top of the case window :)
