For me the difference in stock speed would not matter.

The FTW2 has faster clock speeds.

I'd go for the FTW2. With MSI Afterburner the clocks aren't really a deciding factor. A couple things stand out. The FTW2 can consume more power. That might be a good thing with OC'ing. It also has 2 BIOS chips. If ever you upgrade your BIOS and something goes wrong there's a backup.
