New PC Won't Boot (I'm new)

I just built a brand new PC. This is my first time ever building a PC so I'm definitely not an expert at all. My problem is that the PC won't boot to the BIOS. Maybe it's just a simple answer since I don't have a GPU or storage device yet. I'm only trying to start it because I want to know the rest of the parts work before the return date expires. Am I not able to get to the BIOS without those pieces? I can provide more information if needed.

Specs:
Case: NZXT H440 Black &a Red version.
Motherboard: MSI B350 gaming plus
RAM: Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR4 -2400Mhz 1.2V (1 stick) (I put it in both the 1st and 2nd slot away from the CPU and it didn't help)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1400
PSU: Corsair CX 450W
Did I just overlook incompatibilities or something? Any feedback would be great! Fans and lights come on but no display

Proof it runs: https://youtu.be/rwOA4i-fhaE

Edit: I realized that the GPU light on my mobo is on so it realizes that there is no GPU. I also don't have a CMOS jumper because the motherboard doesn't come with one. Am I able to boot without a GPU even though there is no integrated graphics?

Those would be a great choice, or an RX 570 or 580.MSI has awesome service too. Probably I say that because they sent me a 8 GB R9 390 when I RMAed my R9 290 4 GB, but I was just happy to get good service and no hassle. The upgrade was a nice unboxing surprise
