Is this PC build good to go?

assuming the price limit is what you had. I switched the case and was able to get a B250M board that can handle the kaby lake chips without any issue. the power supply was changed to a higher quality and wattage unit, you don't need the wattage but pricing.
if you can add some money I would change the CPU to the much more powerful G4560 or G4600

My advice to you

Dump windows 10 , download & install using the unregistered option - microsoft allow it work fine with a few little caveats & a bi-monthly nag popup.

This will let you get a far netter base system because as mentioned that pentium will disappoint & 4gb ram is not enough.

I do already have a PC but this one is going to be my media centre for my TV. Would it work for thator be too underpowered?
