Hello. I have just installed second OS on my HDD. I had windows 7 and now installed the windows 10. Everything went smooth with the installation but now when I am booting back to the Windows 7, no usb devices seem to be working..

I have non usb keyboard (old) which is working perfectly fine but other things such as the mouse, keyboard and wireless usb adapter are not.

There is no issue on Windows 10 though. Any advice?

ok then go to device manager and check if all usb devices are ok without marks...
to access device manager hit start and in search type devmgmt.msc

Okay I managed to find the cause and fix Installing the windows required setting the first thing to boot to be the dvd so that caused the usb devices not to work. The fix was going to BIOS and setting the hard drive to have 1st boot priority.

So it turns out that changing the boot priority doesn't solve the problem. What I did was a strange workaround and was just getting in the bios and exiting it. That way they keyboard and mouse work on my Windows 7. It's a strange problem, probably and I think definitely caused by installing Windows 10.
