My fiancé's computer keep crashing and I'm not sure what the problem is. We have tired wiping the computer and doing a fresh install of windows and have taken it to geek squad to be look at but they couldn't find the problem. There have been a few error codes but most were irql_not_or_less_equal and kernel security failure.

Here are 2 dump files I got from her computer. If anyone could read these and point me towards what might be causing the crashes I would be very grateful.

use some tools to see what part it may be. use memtest86 from a bootable usb stick to check ram. use hardweare info 64 bit set it to sensor and logging make sure cpu and other temps are fine. also make sure the power supply is holding. if her pc a pre build it may be if it a few years old power or caps. find out the make of the hard drive download wd or seagate drive toolds .run them see if the drive is fine. also use hdtune to check drive health.

so I used whocrashed it and it gave me two modules that are causing the problem:

crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrnlmp.exe (nt!KeBugCheckEx+0x0)
Bugcheck code: 0xA (0x0, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF8033875FFF6)
Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\090817-7046-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x16C560)
Bugcheck code: 0xA (0x0, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF8033875FFF6)
Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System

not sure how I would go about dealing with these problems.

She has an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970 for a GPU but I believe her CPU has an integrated GPU.

Here is what Speccy says under Graphics:
Graphics
S271HL (1920x1080@60Hz)
ASUS VS229 (1920x1080@60Hz)
ATI AMD Radeon R7 Graphics (Gigabyte)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (NVIDIA) 39 °C
CrossFire Disabled
ForceWare version: 384.94
SLI Disabled

Did and sfc /scannow now and it came back with no integrity violations. So i should try reinstalling windows from the boot cd?

Ran memtest86 for 8 passes and everything came up fine. Her PC is mostly pre-built maybe 1.5 years old, only thing added was a GPU and new CPU.

Her CPU is : AMD A10-7870K
her motherboard is : Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. F2A68HM-HD2 (P0)

the motherboard is floating around 35 degrees C and her CPU is floating between 54-60 degrees C.

Lastest crash using whocrashed:

On Wed 9/13/2017 9:35:10 AM your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\091317-5750-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x16C580)
Bugcheck code: 0x139 (0x3, 0xFFFF9A011F2C26E0, 0xFFFF9A011F2C2638, 0x0)
Error: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: The kernel has detected the corruption of a critical data structure.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

Also what do you want the voltage and temp of?

First 2 blame nvidia driver, next one blames the amd driver + different kind of crashes, basically unknown hardware issue. Dumps can't pinpoint proper causes in this kind of situations.

Could you provide the temps and voltages, as already requested, for all parts.

Updated 4 drivers from the mobos website, restarted to finish the installs and crashed upon trying to log in got "Critical service died" as message during blue screen (or something close to that) and now I can't even start the computer it infinitely loops trying to repair itself.

They ran tests to see if any of the hardware was faulty and checked to make sure all drivers were up to date

Not what program they used but they tested all my hardware, though the guy said their tests don't check the mobo and psu.

For the motherboard there is no test, the only 'test' is replacement.
For the PSU a multimeter is required to test.

Could you provide the rest of the specs of the system:
CPU:
RAM:
MOBO:
HDD/SSD:

Those who can't read dumps may still want to help this way :)
