8 gb of ram causing me to stutter in games

i was checking and using a program called cam that monitors my things and sees all of my pc parts, and shows that there is not enough ram to play games like gta, it was using 4 gb of ram but it needed more.
my pc parts consist of a i5 7500 gtx 1060 6 gb, and 8 gb of gskill ripjaws 2133 mhz 1x8gb stick

i dont think with 8GB of ram you will see lags in gaming depends on the Game Settings tho
i also have 8GB of ram and i can play GTA V at Medium to High Smoothly

I have I5 4670K @ 4.4Ghz with GTX 760 and 8GB of ram :p still it runs smoothly on Medium settings
