Will this power supply work?

You don't need to think when I know ;)

It's not a good power supply at all. It;s a cheap group-regulated unit with a crappy fan that only has two 8-pin PCIe cables. 750W power supplies should have 4 PCIe cables, it's just an example of a power supply that's majorly overrated and beat out by better 450W units for the same price.

I have data on the power consumption of an overclocked RX 580:

__________________________________
Hardware: RX 580
Data on: RX 580 Nitro (Boost Mode)
Source: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/amd-radeon-rx-580-review,5020-6.html

Power Consumption
Gaming (average): 224.1W
Torture (average): 237.4W

So with two of those and a Ryzen 1600, you're probably looking at around 500W of load when gaming, or with overclocking more like 600W.

My first question is why are you getting two RX 580s instead of getting a single, more powerful GPU? If the PC is for mining that is understandable. If it is for gaming anybody would tell you that's a very poor decision since Crossfire is problematic. A single, powerful GPU is always the better solution.

Now, each GPU requires one 8-pin PCIe cable according to this. So technically the EVGA would work, but it's still a terrible choice.

The power supply is not something to skimp on! If you can afford watercooling (which is almost always unnecessary) and two GPUs you can dish out a few more bucks to make surew your system is not getting annihilated by crappy voltage regulation from a cheap group regulated PSU by EVGA to feed off customers through name-recognition.

RX 580s don't overclock much at all. 750W should be fine. It'll run at a fairly high load but it should be fine. If you were to get an 850W PSU within your budget it would end up being worse quality than a similarly priced 750W unit. Always choose quality over wattage.

Okay and one last question. I can either get the Thermaltake 750W RGB one you sent me. Or I can choose from these below, which one is best here?

Well I mean I have the Raidmax Vampire one.... I mean I can't justify spending more than $100 just for a power supply... But I think I found the best PSU for the Price..... https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438060
I think ill just get thus PSU and call it a day. Or I can spend a tad more for the EVGA 850 G3....
