Sadly even with 1060 3gb, you're not going to see much improvement until you upgrade your processor, i5 750 nowadays is pointless, i mean it's an 8 years old processor.You should save for a CPU, Motherboard and ram update first.

yah, i know i need a new cpu, i guess i will do that, eventualy. it is just so expensive :0

no that is why I added 2 x 4GB DDR4 for the system. I could find a board that support DDR3 but it does not support kaby lake. the best performing pentiums are kaby lake based.
even with new RAM the upgrade is the same price as a 1060 3GB card
