Hi I have a msi a78m-e35 mobo with a amd a4 5300 and the graphics card is a msi r5850 twin frozr ii i just got it 2 days ago and I just tried it today and it didn't work. I had another graphics card and I tried it and it worked but I want to get this one working. I already updated the bios and disabled the onboard graphics and still didn't work. I can also hear a faint beep and I looked everywhere and it didn't say what it was. Thanks in advance

That is a very old card and you have to make sure are using the right drivers (legacy). Uninstall the driver for your your old video card then install the driver for Radeon™ R5 235X, R5 230, R5 220, HD 8470, HD 8350, HD 8000 (D/G variants), HD 7000 – HD 7600, HD 6000, and HD 5000 Series from this location

Make sure you select the correct Windows version and bit (32/64).

I can't install drivers or uninstall any because it won't even post with the graphics card in it and it is a brand new copy of windows 7 and I don't know why it won't post and also I didn't have a video card before this one

I guessing you are plugging the monitor into the connector of the 5850 graphic card. Did you try plugging the monitor into the connector of the motherboard? Your motherboard graphics might be selected instead of the video card graphics. If you can see video plugged in the motherboard connectors you can follow these instructions to turn off the motherboard video so that you can use the graphic card video.

Well on the motherboard specs it says that less than a 3.0 pcie won't work for some reason
