How to Open Backup Bios (.rom file or .backup)

I can't see to find a way to restore my backup bios because I did something wrong and when I try to press the file, I have to select a program to open which I don't know what. Please, someone, help

You don't open it with a program.

You start the process in the BIOS, and tell it which USB stick or DVD the backup is on.

gigabyte.com, and look for your specific model.

Wanted to unlock my AMD Radeon RX 460 so I flashed and restarted then I couldn't run games.
Also, when I flash will in my BIOS will it update my BIOS BIOS or the specific part

And, silly me, I thought you were talking about the motherboard, and not the GPU.
