Can I move my Netgear and Arris to a different room?

I want to move my router and Netgear to another room. It is in my way in the room it is in at the moment. Would I have to call for them to reset it? If not how would I reconnect in the other room?

From the wall, what type of cable is connected to it? Coax?
If so...you just need to string coax to where you want it, and plug it in.

It's a coax cable. So I can unplug the coax cable too and just move it?

Wherever the coax comes into the house...you need to extend that to where you need the modem/router.
