What CPU cooler should I get for a Ryzen 1600?

I currently have a Hyper 212 evo for my new cpu and was thinking about upgrading the cooler to get more overclocking. I have been looking for a while and decided to ask the community what they think I should buy. Here are a few things to consider:
1. The case is the NZXT Phantom 410
2. The Motherboard is the Asus Strix ROG X370
3. The Ram is Corsair Vengeance 16gb (2x8gb)
4. There is USB 3.0 hub card in the top most slot
5. 140mm and 240mm radiator coolers are off the table due to current fan positioning unless they are considered worth the hassle.
6. I currently have 3 140mm fan and 4 120mm fans mounted on this computer, all but 2 have blue led lighting.
7. AM3 can be used for this thanks to the motherboard.
8. Aio or air cooling are ok with me
9. While I won't list a particular budget, I have 101 store credit on Amazon at the time of making this post.

Ryzen 1600(non X) comes with its own cooler, and a pretty good one, I might add. That 212 would actually perform worse.
You shouldn't have any problem getting a 3.5+ghz overclock out of the 1600 with that cooler... and wasting money for a bigger one for only a couple hundred mhz more.
If you'd gotten the X version instead, then I'd say go ahead and use the 212 for a little while and maybe get something bigger later.

I can't remember where I saw it but there was a comparison posted between the stock wraith cooler and a 212 and I believe the 212 worked VERY well and ran like 20 degrees cooler. I think the 212 would be more than enough (I have one too right now....its a good cooler).
