The program does not tell the lights on the fan what to do, the program tells the ASUS motherboard what to do (which then sends command to the fan).
Thus it is not going to work with anything except an ASUS aura motherboard.

Now theoretically, if wiring and control commands are the same then it could work, or could be modified to make it work.
This of course would require a skilled computer engineer to intercept the commands and make sure wiring pinouts are the same and make modifications as necessary
