I'm planning on building a new computer centered around a GTX 1080Ti and i just need to make sure if the components i'm using are compatible as i dont trust my judgement to make sure that everything will go together.

Looks fine to me.:) One thing to change is the motherboard. When using a "K" cpu do you want a "Z" motherboard like the next,

if you want that Asus motherboard for the free game look for another Asus Z270 board with the same offer.

Newegg the only site you buy from?
What case and psu are you going to use?
Have a max budget so we can make some suggestions? Could look at a Ryzen build which should probably be somewhat cheaper for instance for about the same performance.The above will do great though. ;)

For the cooler would i just get the CRYORIG H5.

I'm more than happy to switch the Asus Motherboard out as ive read too many horror stories about their RMA and just dont even want to think about dealing with them.

The psu and case are very nice. Keep using those.:)

The wishlist i can't see. You can use the pcpartpicker to make a partslist. Just copy the "Permalink" at the left top here or click the "[bb]" (about mid top) and copy what's in the next window here,which is the nicest way since showing all parts at advance.
