Mobo: MSI A58M-E35
CPU: AMD A8 7600
RAM: multiple brands / sticks tried

PSU + onboard fans start fine, cpu starts, GPU fans start, then the problems start

No output from motherboard or gpu hdmi, no power or output from onboard USB, power to nothing besides components on the motherboard. Tried clearing all power from it, tried resetting cmos.

The only time any power was given to anything was when plugging in case USB ports to the motherboard, enough power was output to power small LED but not enough power for a keyboard/mouse.

No solution found from anywhere has worked. PSU was recently tested on another computer and worked fine. CPU also came from another PC recently.

Solution
if everything is working fine......... you have to assume motherboard...

might give some idea's...

testing your hardrive with crystaldiskinfo or harddisksentinel.... was what i had in mind...
testing a different known good PSU on that computer is what you want to do.
memtesting your memory one at a time..

you want to rule out all of your components before you go off and replace the motherboard.

When the computer boots up there is no bios screen, nothing comes up and the same thing happened with the old cpu.

Test the hard drive on another rig.

test the memory sticks one at a time

do you use a graphics card with the onboard graphics? uninstall the graphics card.

which OS....

you think it works but you get no video feed? bad cable?
monitor good? test it on another rig?

put the older known good CPU back in?

use a different PSU from another rig that you know is good?

have a spare hard drive you can go thru the motions of trying to reinstall windows?

hard drive works fine on other computers + it spins when started up, already stated that both on-board and gpu have no output, no OS, HDMI cable confirmed working with other system, monitor also confirmed working on other computer, same issue with old CPU, psu works with other systems,
