Acer Aspire E17 not going past acer screen

Hi,

My laptop won't go past the Acer loading screen, adding to that it doesn't have a loading circle either. Yesterday it was showing Recovery and an error number which I forgot but now its not loading up at all.

Any questions can be answered if they can,

Hi,
Go to BIOS settings and perform a BIOS default. Once done check in safe mode whether its loading or not. It sounds like an OS issue. If it doesn't work, I suggest you to perform OS reinstallation.
